Last updated: 23 March 2025. This Return Policy explains how to cancel orders, return VitaVasc Digest products, and obtain refunds where applicable. It supplements our Terms of Service and does not override mandatory consumer rights under Irish and EU law.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to purchases made through the Site or other sales channels authorised by Vrexalonoph. If you purchased from a third-party retailer, their return policy applies instead.
2. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen calendar days from the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions below.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through an unequivocal statement (for example, email or letter) before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

3. Exceptions for sealed goods
Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery. Food supplements such as VitaVasc Digest are typically supplied in sealed containers. If you break the seal or open tamper-evident packaging, your right of withdrawal may be lost unless the product is defective or not as described.
4. Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, contact us promptly with your order number and a clear description. Photographs help us assess damage. If the item is defective, you may have rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination under the legal guarantee of conformity. We will provide instructions for return or disposal as appropriate under Irish law.
5. Return process
After we confirm your withdrawal or return request where applicable:
- We will provide a return address and, where relevant, a return authorisation number.
- Pack the goods securely in original packaging where possible.
- Use a tracked service and retain proof of postage until the return is processed.
- Unless the goods are defective or incorrectly supplied, you bear the direct cost of returning items where permitted by law.
6. Refunds
If you validly withdraw from the Contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the least expensive standard delivery cost if you paid for delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
We will issue refunds using the same payment method you used unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof of return.
If you are not entitled to a full refund because an exception applies (for example, diminished value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature), we may deduct a reasonable amount.
7. Non-returnable situations
We cannot accept returns where prohibited by law, where goods have been opened contrary to hygiene rules, where goods have been misused, or where the return window has expired without a valid exception.
8. Business customers
If you purchase as a business, statutory consumer withdrawal rights may not apply. Contractual return terms will be stated in your commercial agreement or invoice.
9. Dispute resolution
We aim to resolve complaints informally. EU consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ for information purposes; we are not obliged to participate in every consumer ADR scheme but will consider good-faith mediation where appropriate.
