Terms of Service

Legal entity: Vrexalonoph, 21 Grafton Street, Dublin 2, D02 FW29, Ireland.

Customer service: reply@vrexalonoph.world · +353 1 679 0467

Effective date: 23 March 2025. These Terms govern your access to https://vrexalonoph.world/ (the “Site”) and any purchase of VitaVasc Digest or related products (the “Products”) from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Definitions

“We”, “us”, and “our” refer to Vrexalonoph. “You” means the visitor or customer. “Contract” means the agreement formed when we accept your order.

2. Eligibility and information

You must be at least eighteen years old to place an order. You confirm that information you provide is accurate and complete. Food supplements are not intended for children unless a healthcare professional advises otherwise.

3. Product information

Descriptions, images, and nutritional information on the Site are for general information. Packaging may change where the manufacturer updates the design; substantive formulation changes will be reflected on the label and, where practical, on the Site. Colours and appearance on screens may differ from physical items.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer. We may accept or decline orders for legitimate reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to deliver to your address. A Contract exists when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch the goods, whichever is earlier under our process. If we decline an order, we will inform you and refund any authorised payment without undue delay.

5. Price and payment

Prices are shown in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges appear before you confirm payment. We may correct obvious pricing errors before acceptance; if you already paid, we will offer cancellation with a full refund or the option to pay the correct price.

Payment is processed through secure channels. You authorise us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.

If a payment is declined or reversed by your bank or card issuer, we may suspend fulfilment until valid payment is received. You are responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution. Where recurring payments are not offered, each order is a separate contract.

Invoices, where issued, are sent electronically unless otherwise required by law. You agree to receive transactional communications related to your purchase, including order confirmations and dispatch notices.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are indicated at checkout where available. Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you provided or to a carrier nominated by you. If you do not receive your delivery within a reasonable time, contact us.

7. Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in Ireland. Exceptions apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery. Food supplements are often sealed; if you open sealed packaging, withdrawal rights may be lost. See our Return Policy for step-by-step instructions and contact details.

The withdrawal period expires after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods. To meet the deadline, send your communication before the period expires. If you withdraw, we reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day we receive the goods or evidence of return, in accordance with applicable law.

Digital content and services are not currently sold as downloads from this Site; if that changes, additional pre-contract information will be provided as required.

8. Legal guarantee and defective goods

Consumers benefit from legal conformity guarantees under EU and Irish law. If goods are defective, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination depending on circumstances. Contact us with a description of the issue and, where helpful, photographs.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Subject to the preceding sentence, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption unless such damages are caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Our aggregate liability arising out of any Contract is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Product in the twelve months before the claim, except where the law requires a higher cap.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and layout, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent, except for temporary copies for browsing and printing reasonable extracts for personal use.

11. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping in a way that impairs service, or using the Site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access where we reasonably suspect abuse.

12. Third-party links

The Site may link to external resources. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Review their terms and privacy notices before you use their services.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, failures of transport networks, or changes in law.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence or in Ireland, as permitted by EU consumer law. If you are a business, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

15. Consumer information and complaints

Consumers in Ireland may contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission for general information about consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory statutory rights that cannot be waived.

If you have a complaint, email reply@vrexalonoph.world with your order reference and a concise description. We aim to acknowledge complaints within five business days and propose a resolution pathway.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date. For material changes to ongoing subscriptions or recurring services, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
